29 weeks

 

It was a great weekend and hands down the best part was seeing Skyfall last night.

 

Wowzers what an amazing movie!!

 

Ok so today I just have a baby update but I will be posting pics tomorrow of what I bought at Mistletoe and over the weekend.

 

 

 

 

How far along: 29 weeks!

Baby Size: Butternut Squash (2 1/2 lbs & 15+ inches)

Maternity clothes: Yes and I'm squeezing out the stuff that isn't 

Sleep: Pretty good except for when I have to get up in the middle of the night

Anything that makes you queasy or sick: The garbage can

Best moment of the week: Seeing Skyfall and having our anniversary date night finally

Movement: Yes

Food Cravings: Milk

Gender: BOY

Symptoms: When I get up in the middle of the night I have a shooting sciatic pain in my lower back and I have to wait it out before I can make my way to the bathroom

Mood:  Great!

Looking forward to: Brett's 2nd birthday this Saturday!

28 Weeks and Random Tidbits

 

 

So I am back at work!!

Anyone else disappointed with the results of the election?? :0(

 

this is the only thing that comforts me

 

 

 

I officially got my new boots in yesterday!!

 

 

they are so stinking cute and comfortable!

 

 

Even though I had to take care of a sick baby boy on my anniversary it was totally worth it

 to get this from my hubby!!

 

Whoop whoop!!!! Major brownie points go to the hubs!

*Remember I gave him his present early*

 

 

I had been eying this watch from Just Fab and it finally came back in stock so

 I signed up and got 50% off !! Which makes it $19.99!

How far along: 28 weeks! THIRD Trimester!!!

Baby Size: Weight of a Chinese Cabbage-2 1/4 lbs (15 in long)

Maternity clothes: Yes except for a few items

Sleep: I get numb around my hips, which causes leg pains :0(

Anything that makes you queasy or sick: Anything stinky haha

Best moment of the week: Hearing Mallie recite The Lord's Prayer

Movement: Yes and sometimes I wonder what in the world is he doing in there!!

Food Cravings: Sushi

Gender: BOY

Symptoms: Well last Thursday I managed to hurt myself while pumping gas. All of the sudden my hip felt like it was either going to break or pop out. LOTS of pain happened let me tell ya.

* The pain was gone by Saturday thankfully*

Mood:  Excellent but I can become snippy pretty fast (thank you hormones!)

Looking forward to: Mistletoe Marketplace this weekend! It's like a Christmas Shopping extravaganza downtown and I never fail to miss it each year. Soooo excited!

Well Brett ran a 101.9 Monday evening... So we were home again today. However we did go out and vote!!


I hope you voted! I'll be back tomorrow with more updates besides my sick boy ;0)

And the Fever spreads...

At home with Brett today. Apparently this fever virus has spread from Mallie to her Mimi and to Brett, all within 4 days. I'll post the baby update tomorrow, right now I'm loving on this sweet boy.

Fever, Boots and an Anniversary

She's got a Fever and the only prescription is more cowbell!! ;0)
 

Mallie woke up in the middle of the night last night with a 102 fever, boooo!

After I gave her some medicine, she wanted me to sit with her.

She then made several requests which just melted my heart.

Mallie: "Mommy will you rub my belly?"

Me: "Yes honey"

Mallie: "Mommy will you sing to me?"

Me: "Yes sweetie" (I sang Jesus Loves Me)

Mallie: "Mommy will you pray for me"

Me: "Yes sweetie"

I saw my friend Tiffany last night with her new boots and I just about died!

So I did what any normal person would do when they have been hunting for some
good boots for an excellent price for months.... I bought a pair :0)

Apparently Tiffany and I share the same taste in fashion. Haha!

Anniversary

Well the hubbs and I were supposed to have a dinner date tonight,
but it has been cancelled due to work. Booooo!


We will be celebrating our 6 year anniversary this Sunday!
Wow has time flown and not to mention all of the things that have happened since we got married November 4, 2006

1 Dog
3 cars
1 Apartment
1 House
and a partridge in a pear tree


We have had our share of ups and downs but I love my sweet hubby with all my heart!

The kids had a blast! Brett would start running down the road saying "LET'S GO! LET'S GO!"

It was hilarious

 

Mallie was running with her full bucket of candy and crashed into the pavement and of course starting crying but then started saying "I lost my trick or treat!!!" She was more concerned about her candy dumping on ground then falling... hahaha!
