Both furniture items were bought less than a year ago and are in excellent condition.
Artwork has minor scratches on the bottom right hand corner (can be fixed with a gold paint pen)

We obviously live in a smoke free home and our 1 pet isn't allowed in the living room.
We are going to be getting a bigger couch for our expanding family and will not have
space for these pieces.
